Valentine Ideas for Low Content Resources
Valentine’s Day is a great opportunity for you to sell to your customers, especially if you have Valentine products available. Some consumers will shop ahead but a good majority buy at the last minute! Want to boost your store and have products available for your customers? Graphics
Have you thought on how to use graphics? Use the graphics to update your journal or planner, use them for activity packs, bookmarks, POD products, etc. Always look at the terms of each seller though so you are following their rules!
Planners, Card Decks, etc
Some of the products are using Canva (which is a free program with some limitations; I personally use Canva Pro and it’s well worth it for me, especially the resize feature and folders). Some of the products use Microsoft Office Products. Usually when you receive journals or planners, they may not be in a size that you use. Simply resize them and tweak them to your liking. I generally change my journals / planners to US Letter size; occasionally I’ll offer the A4 size.
When you resize though, you’ll need to also adjust the template to fit properly. Most of the time, I’ll print it out on my black and white Brother printer to make sure it still looks good. The color printer gets used rarely; only if I want to double check colors.
On the Journals, planners, activity packs, I’ll change out the cover, by using either graphics or digital paper or both. Change the fonts and some of the graphics, interchange pages and you’ll have yourself a unique product that you can sell to your customers for personal use. Sell on Etsy, your own store, KDP, POD; endless choices indeed!
